The "Polkovnik Group"
Company was founded in 1996. The first branch of the "Polkovniki Mot" restaurant was opened exactly in that year, with its main values being homegrown ingredients, a family atmosphere, and warm service.
Thanks to the consistent and dedicated work of the founder, “Polkovniki Mot” gained wide recognition in a short time, becoming one of the most colorful and popular places in the city.
Our customers often describe Polkovnik Group with the word “legend”, noting that they have been here since the opening days, and today they come here with their children with the same warmth. This is fundamental for us, because the basis of Polkovnik Group is also the family, the work and values passed down from generation to generation.
In all Polkovnik Group restaurants, a pleasant atmosphere and delicious dishes from both traditional Armenian and regional cuisines are harmoniously intertwined. Each dish is prepared with its own unique approach, secrets of presentation and unique handwriting. The guarantee of the unique taste is the traditional recipes of Armenian cuisine, the professional work of experienced master chefs and the use of exclusively homemade, high-quality raw materials.
